The Jubilee Beacons provide an opportunity for communities to come together to celebrate the historic milestone.

Pendennis Castle will be hosting the beacon lighting on Thursday 2nd June. The grounds will be open from 8:30pm, with the lighting at 9:30pm.

Full schedule:

8:30pm The grounds to the Castle will open free to the public (the buildings will be closed except for toilets and the shop).

9pm The Nankersey Male Choir will perform.

9:20pm The Mayor, Steve Eva will say a few words.

9:30pm The Beacon will be lit by the Mayor and the Nankersey Male Choir will perform again.
