A beloved Falmouth fish and chip shop has announced it will be re-igniting their fryers in the coming days.

Harbour Lights, situated on Arwenack Street, has said they will be reopening their chippy for click and collect and home delivery on Thursday 30th April.

There will only be three people working in the shop, to begin with, as they have said this is the first stage of reopening since they closed at the end of March.

The chip shop will run a reduced menu and reduced opening hours, serving only on Thursday through to Sundays, to begin with.

You can start ordering through click and collect tomorrow and Harbour Lights are urging people to book in advance to assure no disappointment on the day.

The actual Harbour Lights premises will be closed for entry, and all click and collect orders will be passed through their Ice Cream window at the front.

Harbour Lights stated on social media that they "have been very humbled" by all of the support since their closure, continuing: "We are more excited than ever to be able to serve you the UK's favourite food again."

It was recently Harbour Lights 20th birthday, they celebrated with residents by offering the same prices they charged back in 2000.
