After their recent success raising money for local charities with the annual fireworks display, Falmouth Community Fire station is back with another great event for the community.

Sharing the news on their social media the fire station shared this message: "We are pleased to announce that once again we have a very special visitor flying to the Fire Station... Santa and his helpers!!

"After hearing about how good all the local boys and girls have been they have decided to come and bring some festive cheer and wish them a very Merry Christmas!"

The drive-through Christmas Grotto will be open on Saturday 17th December from 4.30-8 pm you will be able to see Santa and receive a small gift for the children.

This year Falmouth Community Fire Station is raising money for both the Firefighters Charity and Penryn and Falmouth foodbank.

The station is asking for cash donations on arrival at the grotto, they have asked for people to only bring what they wish to donate as change will not be available.
