Falmouth Coastguard assists police in missing person search

Late last night Falmouth Coastguard was tasked to assist police in the search for a missing person.

The Falmouth RNLI was also launched to help in the search at around 10pm yesterday evening.

The missing person was later located by Coastguard Rescue Officers and passed to the safety of the police.

Once complete, the team stood down and returned to the station around 12:45am.
