The owner of an Asian Fusion restaurant in Falmouth will be reopening her establishment as a one-person workforce.
Niparat Chellow Lhong, owner of Kinn Asia in Falmouth, has announced she will be opening up her restaurant on 8th May for takeaway and delivery three days a week.
Lhong will be doing everything herself, as to make sure social distancing measures are being met.
Lhong will be taking feedback every Monday to see what customers want to see on the menu.
Takeaway and delivery will be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Customers will be given an hour slot for pick up and delivery to stick to safe regulations and keep quality control.
The menu will be slowly brought back as things get going, everything will depend on the logistics of getting the ingredients during the lockdown.
As well as opening the takeaway back up Lhong will spend Monday and Tuesday online, interacting with customers and leading an online cook-along tutorial.
Lhong told Nub News:
"I just wanted to get back in there.
"It's important right now to give people inspiration and interaction during this time."
On Mondays, residents will be given a shopping list for what they need for the cook-along on Tuesday.
"I am going to keep it healthy and relatively low cost," Lhong continued.
"I want to provide people with fresh ideas and bring confidence to their home cooking."
Lhong will soon also be launching her well-known sushi menu again which will be available for delivery and takeaway.
