A Cornish casting company is looking for extras to take part in a pirate documentary that will be filmed in Falmouth.

Film Cast Cornwall & SW helps to provide local actors, supporting artists, and other crew members for film and TV in the South West.

The company has now put a request on social media asking for adult extras between 18 and 22 September in three different locations - Penzance, Falmouth, and St Austell.

Extras will be part of a pirate documentary and will need to be available for those dates and have transport for all three locations. Filming will also take place on boats so applicants should be comfortable at sea and not get sick.

The casting company also added that the production would love to have a diverse mix of people as, historically, the pirates would be in the Caribbean and Spain. A mix of genders would also be welcome.

Finally, the production company is also looking for one young, ginger-haired girl between 10-12 years old.

If you are interested you will need to send a clear head and shoulders photo and a full-length shot as well as your full name, age, location, and mobile number to [email protected] for consideration.
