Commenting on the Festive Weekend Richard Wilcox, Falmouth BID Manager said:

"Christmas is a special time of year in Falmouth and we are delighted to be working alongside the business and wider community to deliver another new event that will further enhance the town's appeal.

"Recent feedback has indicated an appetite for organising a new activity to help elevate the existing Falmouth Christmas offer and so out of those discussions, Falmouth's Festive Weekend was born. The event really has the potential to grow and develop, connect the community and encourage people to visit our special town over the festive period."

Richard Gates, Falmouth Town Manager said:

"This new and exciting event we hope will bring people together for a vibrant weekend of music and snow ho ho! I'd like to thank the Christmas Working Group for their efforts, Falmouth Town Council and BID for their support, as well as the wide variety of volunteers who have given up their time to help us shape the Christmas programme.

"Having something new such as the Festive Weekend we feel will give people an added incentive to visit our brilliant town so do come on in and enjoy all the lovely activities being planned."
