Elderly man dies in Falmouth following serious accident

Police were called by the ambulance service with reports of a minor two-vehicle collision on Penwarne Road, Mawnan Smith, Falmouth, at around 7.10am this morning.
A 71-year-old man was found unconscious behind the wheel and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police have confirmed that his next of kin have been informed and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
