Deja Vu Clothing announces reopening date with new safety measures in place

A popular Falmouth clothes shop has announced a reopening date this week and the safety measures that will be in place.

Deja Vu Clothing, based on The Moor will be open again from Tuesday 16th June, 11am-4pm.

The shop has made it clear that things will look different in the store, with changes been made to the changing rooms, the number of people in the store, hand sanitising and social distancing measures.

The fitting rooms will be closed for the foreseeable future and a refund policy will be in place.

A spokesperson for Deja Vu Clothing told Nub News:

"We are looking forward to getting back to some sort of a routine next week in what is going to be a strange "new normal", we just hope that everyone gets behind the businesses in town and shop local as we will need their support now more than ever.

"As we know it is a very fluid situation at the moment, we will be updating our social media and website regularly with any changes."

The full list of safety measures are as follow:

  • A small hand sanitising station at the door and will require everyone to hand sanitise on entry and when leaving.
  • 2-metre markers on the floor to help with social distancing.
  • Only allowing two people in at a time to help make social distancing possible.

Deja Vu says the measures will be will re-evaluated at the end of the month once it can be seen in practice.
