Night Paddleboard Tours Cornwall was created by four friends looking to offer a unique night-time activity in the county.
Fred and Jess who are brother and sister were with their friends Ben and Kayleigh in the pub where they discussed how there wasn't much to do at night in Cornwall apart from sitting in that very pub.
With Fred and Ben both having swam competitively and the whole group loving outdoor activities in Cornwall they came together with the idea for night-time paddleboard tours, the group said: "We wanted to offer something new and unique, something easy for a beginner, yet captivating for the most advanced paddlers. A healthy activity that can be enjoyed in groups or alone."
Although you see many people paddleboarding in Cornwall they believe that at night with their underwater lighting system, it adds a whole new dimension to the experience.
The team says: "The lights allow you to see the crystal clear waters of Cornwall in a whole new way, with the vibrant colours of the underwater world coming to life beneath your feet."
They currently have two tours available in Falmouth, and Devoran although there will be one available soon in Hayle Rivemouth. The tours will take around 45 minutes and will be for a maximum of five people, costing £35 each.
The group said: "We've chosen locations with good parking and close-by emergency services to ensure the safety of customers. We aim to expand to more locations across Cornwall throughout the summer."
Tours for Falmouth will launch from the harbour every Thursday and Saturday although updates about tides and weather will be given on social media and the website.
