Cornish restaurant chain Sam's opens brand new eatery in Falmouth

Sam's, a Cornish restaurant chain has opened a brand new restaurant, its sixth establishment, this time in Falmouth.
In exciting news, Sam's recently unveiled its new restaurant at Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, based at Greenbank.
The yacht club joins a growing list of restaurants in Fowey, to Polkerris, Par, Truro, and The Roseland, all in 34 years.
"Sam's at The Royal Cornwall Yacht Club" originally opened to members on a low-key basis, but the restaurant is now fully open to nonmembers with bookings being taken.
Sam's at the RCYC is open Tuesday evening until late Sunday Afternoon.
They are offering casual breakfast and coffee from 10am-11:30am, lunch 12-2:30pm, afternoon tea and sandwiches 2:30pm-5:30pm and evening Meals are served from 5:30pm until 9:30pm with the bar being open until late.
This is the first time in the yacht club's history that the nonmembers will be allowed to sit and enjoy the views.
There is no parking on site but curbside parking on the road above or the local car parks in the Greenbank area.
The restaurant opened to non-members on the 1st June, a Sam's spokesperson said:
"For those of you all who have dined with us in Fowey over the years you will already be familiar with the laid-back dining experience with attentive, friendly staff and memorable times made.
"We are open to RCYC members and now non members, bringing the original Sam's Fowey experience to Falmouth a location you can arrive by foot or by boat.
"The menu is a mix of the Sam's classics such as Bouillabaisse, Moules and Seafood feasts, along with our home pressed Burgers and Meat Dishes, Vegetarian and Vegan fare along with some new sensational specials from new Head Chef Mike. We welcome families as always and will have our special little skippers menu for kids.
"Head Chef Mike Crowson, a very talented chef returning to his roots in Cornwall, having previously worked in Fowey with Glynn Wellington, another of our resident chefs.
"Mike has worked for the last 10 years in the Alps in high-end Ski chalets, and more recently aboard the Barge Finesse creating gastronomic delights for his clientele, served up while touring the waterways of Burgundy and the Canal du Centre in France.
"Be prepared to be wowed by his patisserie skills, his exquisite attention to detail in his fine-dining dishes.
"Bookings always recommended, but if you happen to be passing please pop in, say hi, and enjoy a glass or two. We look forward to welcoming you to the Sam's residency."
