Arrests made after stolen vehicle stopped in Falmouth

Three people have been arrested after a stolen car was stopped in Falmouth with cloned number plates.

Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team were assisted by Falmouth Police last night (16th). They followed the vehicle before detaining the occupants for various offences.

These included drug driving, theft, possession with intent to supply, and burglary.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team added:

"A stolen vehicle on cloned plates followed and occupants detained for various offences including drug driving, theft, possession with intent to supply, and burglary. Thanks to Falmouth Police for their help."

The trio were taken into custody.
