Application that could see former Church Street barbers turned into alcohol shop

An application has been lodged in an attempt to turn a former barbershop into a retail shop on Church Street Falmouth.
Previously L&S Barbers, 57 Church Street, the premises is now empty after the owners moved on.
This month a licensing application has been put in by Southwestern Distillery to take over the site.
Southwestern Distillery is an independent, family company handcrafting spirits in North Cornwall.
If granted, it would see the retail sale of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises.
