This week, the Falmouth Salvation Army charity shop reopened for business after being shut throughout lockdown.
The shop is the Falmouth Salvation Army's primary source of income and a very valuable community hub so it is great to see it back in business.
Church minister Andrew Hammond spoke to Nub News way back in April about the work they were doing in the community.
Graham, a volunteer at The Salvation Army is in his third shift at the shop, he told Nub News:
"There is nowhere for me to get into full-time employment because of how everything is at the moment, I do use the food bank at The Salvation Army I thought they have helped me out enough times so I thought I would give back instead of taking.
"I am loving it at the moment but they are making me work. This shop is massively important I think, The Salvation Army is one of the best charities out there, and great for the community."
