'Fresh and tasty': Opening day for Salt & Vinegar Falmouth

Yesterday was the opening day for the third branch of Salt & Vinegar in Falmouth, on Market Strand.

Owned by Adem Yazici and his family, the business has extended its reach after successes in Camborne and Helston.

Adem invited us down on opening day to chat about the business and try some of the food on offer.

Adem told Nub News:

"What makes us stand out is that we offer quality, tasty food, we are in this business for almost 20 years and I have been cooking for 15 years so we know what is good.

"We do really nice burgers which are all homemade, good fish and chips, salads and lots of different sides. We offer wine and ciders as well which not a lot of other places do.

"After covid it will be nice to have people sitting down in the restaurant at a great setting next to the pier."

Adem has run Cod On The Corner for 10 years and opened Kebab On The Corner 7 years ago - a very experienced chef demonstrated in the quality of the burger I tasted (bacon burger with fries).

The restaurant has an exciting, fresh feel to it, takeaway classics with a modern twist. Customers are able to design their own burger, a range of salads, and a variety of good quality fish to choose from.

Available for takeaway, collection & delivery everyday from 11:45am - 10:00pm.
