Falmouth Coastguard: Team launch to help unconscious male at Gyllyngvase Beach

The Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team assisted in the evacuation of an unconscious male on Gylly Beach, Falmouth yesterday morning.

The team were called to assist at around 1am in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team revealed details of the incident on social media, a spokesperson said:

"The team tasked to an unconscious male, Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth.

"South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust called requesting assistance due to the location.

"Team members located the casualty and cared for him until Ambulance Paramedics arrived.

"We stood down and returned to station at around 0330."

The coastguard didn't reveal any further information.
