Concerns have reared their head again as runoff that appears to originate from the Linden Homes building site has been seen running into Swanpool beach.

Linden Homes previously denied any responsibility but local residents continue to point the finger of blame at the site.

Images and videos have once again been uploaded to social media showing the water runoff coming from inside the site and down into the sea.

The Facebook post reads:

"No denying this, water runoff directly from Linden Homes Swanpool Site directly onto the beach at Swanpool.

"It's so bad the drains at the bottom have blocked and the road along by the public toilets is flooded, their collection pools obviously not coping with the rain."

South West Water also previously denied responsibility stating that the water was not coming from their network.

Linden Homes and South West Water have been contacted for a further response.
