Come along to a weekly class of meditation with Anna Sadler from Calm Cornwall.
These classes will teach you how to bring stability to the mind through awareness of the breath meditation.
Anna also teaches Traditional Tibetan Asanas as a way to embody a totally relaxed state.
Alongside this, breathing exercises will be practiced for healthy lungs and to regulate the heart as a way to reduce anxiety and overcome stress.
Anna is also trained in gratitude practice, Metta Bhavna and ayrvedic nutrition. These fundamental teachings will be integrated in to class.
