Open Boat Event - New Floating Wellbeing Hub

Sea Sanctuary, a Cornish mental health and wellbeing charity, is hosting an 'open boat' on Wednesday 20th July 2022, 2-7pm, to launch its new floating wellbeing hub, located onboard a recently renovated 180ft Dutch barge, called The ARC.

Moored beside the Sea Sanctuary offices on the tidal Penryn river, it offers a unique and serene setting to experience a wide range of activities and mental health support, including wellbeing classes, support groups, individual therapy and counselling, mental health education courses, and residential wellness retreats.

This free event is a chance for the local community to explore the space, meet the therapists, and try a free well-being taster session in yoga, art or creative writing.

No need to book, simply drop in.
