Hazel McNab reductive lino printmaking exhibition

Hazel McNab lives in Penzance, Cornwall, and delights in being surrounded by endless inspiration for her work.

Hazel specialises in producing limited edition reduction Linocut prints and is passionate about composition, colour, and pattern. Light, reflection, and shadows.

The specialised printmaking technique, reduction linocut is the process of using one block of lino and cutting it away after each layer has been printed. By the time the process is finished, there's hardly anything left which makes it a limited edition print as I can't be printed again, so her pieces of work are one-off originals of a short hand-printed run.
