Lewis Haughton Wills has been serving the local community for over 10 years and now Falmouth Nub News is delighted to announce the estate agent as its exclusive property sponsor.

This exciting partnership will bring you desirable properties in and around the town, plus news and features relating to the local property market and how it might affect residents here in Falmouth.

The Falmouth branch based on Church Street was established in 2010 with the ambition of providing the best service in the town, the business also has offices in Penryn and Truro.

Mark Lewis, Paula Haughton and Gareth Wills are the directors of the business after deciding to move out of the corporate scene and creating Lewis Haughton Wills.

Since then Lewis Haughton Wills has developed and expanded into one of Cornwall's top performing estate agencies.

Executive Director Paula Haughton has worked in estate agency for nearly 30 years bringing a wealth of experience to the team.

Paula told Nub News:

"The people that work for the company make Lewis Haughton Wills stand out, we have 350 years of combined service with the 26 staff we have.

"We are very experienced in what we do, we employ a good range of people and we are able to spend time with people, that is what customers appreciate. We also focus on longevity, it is not just what is in front of you now it is the repeat business we thrive on and spending time with people so they remember you."

Asked about how they make the process of buying a house easier for their customers, Paula continued:

"We guide them through the process and make sure they have all the necessary details ready and prepare the property for sale.

"From that point, we tell them to leave it to us, we do all the viewings, we deal with all the feedback and other than that just regular communication and tell them what is going on all the time."

Away from estate agency Lewis Haughton Wills also takes the time to help in the community, supporting local football and rugby clubs, The Shine Charity and Children's Hospice South West.

Paula added:

"It is always great to give something back, whether a local sports team needs new shirts or hoodies we just want to give support where we can."

Karl Hancock, CEO of Nub News, said:

"We are delighted to be partnering with a local, independent business such as Lewis Haughton Wills.

"Its values are echoed throughout Nub News and we are so pleased to be working with the team and helping our readers find a home with Lewis Haughton Wills."
