Head coach Neil Kelly says that his Cornwall RLFC side can take 'big positives' from the defeat suffered at North Wales Crusaders on Saturday.

Local community football club Falmouth DC is looking for new recruits ahead of the forthcoming season.
Managed by Melville Benney, Falmouth DC compete in Trelawny League Division 2, and play their matches on Saturdays at The Dracaena Centre.

Exciting news for Penryn residents and Tour of Britain enthusiasts as the town has been chosen to host sprints on the first day (5th September).
The sprints are a way that the riders can earn extra points and win the sprint top to wear during the next race.

The fixtures for the forthcoming Western Counties West season have been announced with Falmouth hosting Tiverton on the opening day.
The Eagles will play two friendlies against Swindon College Old Boys and Canton RFC before Tiverton visit the rec on the 4th of September.
Saturday 9th January 2021 would have, and should have, been the eagerly and celebrated return to club rugby for Falmouth RFC with fixtures for the 'Eagles' and the 'One and All' scheduled with our near neighbours Truro.....sadly, as for lots of sporting activities, families and local business, the whole thing has come to a stop as the message of 'Stay at home' has come into place.
The Falmouth Rugby Community had followed and were completely on track with the RFU and CRFU Road back to rugby protocols with plans in place. Both the rugby and COVID safety and hygiene protocols had been well imbedded within Senior Players and the Colts, both playing Ready for Rugby formats alongside the allowed first steps back to full-contact matches.
