Firefighters were called to a house in Mylor Bridge in the middle of the night where there was a report of a fire with people still inside.

At 0127 this morning Critical Control received a call stating that the electrical fuse board was on fire with persons inside the property. Critical Control mobilised appliances from Falmouth & Tolvaddon as well as a flexi duty officer. On arrival all persons were accounted for and confirmed the fire was out. As a precaution crews used Breathing apparatus and a CO2 extinguisher.
