Exeter University has issued a response following confirmed Coronavirus cases at Penryn Campus.
Posted on the University of Exeter, Cornwall social media page, the University confirmed that after "careful analysis" of the cases it was shown that students arrived from their home towns and cities carrying the virus and this had been passed on to their close contacts and housemates.

This month much-loved Falmouth crab and oyster bar The Wheelhouse reopened to the public.
Opening four days a week, the restaurant has come up with a creative way of maintaining social distancing for its diners whilst still offering the full eating experience.

Falmouth beachgoers have been warned to be responsible as lifeguard season at Gyllyngvase Beach come to an end this weekend.
If intending to use the water people are being encouraged to head to one of the 27 lifeguarded beaches across Devon and Cornwall with extended patrols into October.

Helford based Monterey Gin recently picked up international recognition after it was awarded 'Gold Outstanding' in the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC).
More than 800 gins were submitted to the competition, with an expert panel of judges.
