What's new around Killigrew? All the ins and outs on the street

A host of new shops are set to open on Killigrew Street, bringing an exciting start to 2021 for locals.
A series of shops are either being redecorated, changing hands or vacant on the street - so what's changing?
[H3] LAUTER Bottleshop + Brewspace [.H2]
LAUTER is a new bottleshop and brewspace in Falmouth. Set up and run by Simon and Lucy, the shop sells craft beer & brewing paraphernalia.

[H3] Mangia [.H2]
MANGIA is a 24 cover Italian restaurant run by the Floris family. Valter is the chef and Sandra runs the front of house assisted by son Gianluca and daughter Sophia.
The restaurant is undergoing some redecoration opening for valentines day.
[H3] Olde Rope [.H2]
Olde Rope will be moving in where Deja Vu Clothing occupied, an Eco Boutique, the shop will be promoting a sustainable lifestyle selling products from waste material - "coming soon".
[H3] Stratton Creber [.H2]
Stratton Creber Countrywide Estate Agents has moved to a different location to 33 Church Street opposite the church.
[H3] Former Richard Cook Furnishers site, 21-24 Killigrew St [.H2]
The furnishers was 115 years old when it closed its doors in 2019, and will now be split up into four separate units.
[H3] Castle Sports Uniform [.H2]
The business is moving from 23 Old High Street to Killigrew Street in February into a bigger and brighter store, the shop was formerly occupied by Toni and Guy.
[H3] Falmouth Yummy Kebabs [.H2]
A proposal has been put forward to turn a former fashion accessory store in Falmouth into a kebab shop - with work already underway to clear out the shop.
The former site of Bow Fashion Accessories, 7 Killigrew Street, a notice has been put up on the window for a grant of a premises licence, for late-night refreshments.
