Police are appealing for further information following a recent break-in at Falmouth Cemetery.

Yesterday, Falmouth Town Council asked for help from residents who might have any information in connection with the incident.

The lock was cut off the main cemetery gate and security lights were smashed.

You can see that previous report here.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Police received a report of a burglary at the mortuary at Falmouth Cemetery, in Pennance Road, which happened sometime between 3.30pm on Friday 15th May and 6.40am on Monday 18th May.

"Power and hand tools, gardening equipment, vehicle keys and a registration plate were stolen."

Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101, or email [email protected], quoting crime reference CR/039452/20.
