Intruders enter Penryn College and leave man with injuries

Three teenagers intruded on Penryn College grounds yesterday afternoon (25th) leaving a man in his 50s with minor injury.

Police escorted the three teenage males off the premises with one man suffering minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

The individuals were "threatening violence" but no further details were provided into the threats.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police added:

"Police attended Penryn College yesterday, Tuesday 25th May, at around 12:30pm with a report that three teenage males, who were not students, had walked on to the campus and were threatening violence.

"During the incident a man in his 50s fell and was treated in hospital for what is believed to be a minor injury.

"Officers attended and spoke to the males who left the site shortly afterwards."
