Falmouth's The Oggymen have released their fourth album today 'How It Belongs To Be' - with a tribute to well known local characters on the album cover.

Earlier this month we brought you the news of the album release with the artwork created by Bex Bourne paying tribute to the late PC Andy Hocking, Betty Stogs and Lee Coleman among many other people and places.

The Oggymen said recording the album has reunited them with songs that have been sung in communities of Cornish people past and present.

Andy Rowe from The Oggymen told Nub News:

"The whole idea behind the album was to represent the community that we come from so it is really exciting to see people that we have written the album react to it.

"The process has taken months and we were thinking if it was possible to do a big album launch somewhere in Falmouth, in the end, we thought just get it out for Christmas and hopefully people enjoy it, towards the new year if things change we will look at a proper album launch."

"How it belongs to be" is available on all digital platforms and on CD.

Such smooth sounds, I have been listening to it most of the day and absolutely love it!
