Rewind: Postcards of old Falmouth

By Joseph Macey

16th Sep 2021 | Local News

Residents have the chance to reminisce of old Falmouth in this weeks rewind feature.

A video titled "Old Falmouth" put together by John Pilkington shows 100 postcards of what the town used to look like.

Some of the places included in the video are Pendennis Castle, Gyllyngvase Beach, Maenporth Beach and even the Oddfellow Arms.

One comment on the video reads:

"Thank you. Many memories. Good to see the people."

A second reads:

"At 0:42 is that a bandstand in Kimberley Park?"
