Open Air Cinema is coming to Pendennis Castle in August

Pendennis Castle is being transformed into an outdoor cinema space throughout the month of August.

Open Air Cinema UK are coming to Cornwall and holding four out of ten events at our richly historic castle.

The films will be a mix of new releases and family classics, including:

Bohemian Rhapsody - 1st August

Pirates of the Caribbean - 8th August

A Knights Tale - 15th August

The Greatest Showman - 22nd August

Nub News Falmouth spoke to the Founder, Liam Grazier:

"We decided we wanted to make outdoor cinema a lot more accessible.

"We know that Falmouth and St Ives have a lot of holiday traffic and have some really beautiful locations.

"We contacted Pendennis Castle and they were super interested so we went from there."

Tickets are available online with reduced prices for under 16's.

If you fancied travelling a little further out, there are also six events being held at Porthminister Beach.
