The Peace Giver
He who comes far too often
judging himself onlya pleasant surprise,
he is neither here nor therebut everywhere
and in every person breathing deeply. He is shining brightly, boldlyunlike the sun
that gives and takes away these dayssimultaneously and intermittently.
He is always on time
and plans visits well in advancehe is under no jurisdiction
to do anything by no oneand poses no threat.
He will go now, somewhere else
where he has heardwhat all the fighting is about.
Between men and other menwho are too afraid to blow each other away
he crosses the windand has gigantic hands.
