Latest figures show crimes reported in Falmouth and Penryn

The latest crime figures released by police show there were over 200 crimes in the Falmouth and Penryn area during November 2021.

In total there were 229 crimes - a slight decrease from October 2021 when there were 214 crimes.

The areas are grouped with Arwenack and Boslowick seeing 40 violence and sexual offences, 25 for anti-social behaviour, and there were 9 criminal damage and arson crimes committed. In addition there 7 shoplifting crimes.

Penwerris and Trescobeas show 33 violence and sexual offences committed, and 13 anti-social behaviour incidents.

In November Penryn, Mylor and Penryn Rural saw 21 violence and sexual offences, 18 anti-social behaviour crimes, 8 criminal damage and arson incidents, and 5 burglaries.

Crime figures for December 2021 have not yet been released.
