Kennall Vale nature reserve ash trees struck by fungal disease

Kennall Vale nature reserve will close over certain dates after ash trees have been hit with a fungal disease called Ash Dieback.
The nature reserve at Ponsanooth will close on days in November and December as tree surgeons fell 12 dangerous along the main footpath.
What is Ash Dieback?
Ash dieback is a fungal disease, spread by the wind, which is expected to kill the majority of the country's ash trees.
Kennall Vale will be closed on Friday 19th November, Friday 3rd December and Friday 10th December. From 8am to 5:30pm each day.
A spokesperson for Cornwall Wildlife Trust added:
"Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take action for wildlife at Kennall Vale Nature Reserve."
