Falmouth Restaurant & Tearoom Supervisor Required with experience.

Full time (minimum of 30hrs) individual to work front of house.

The post will be suitable for someone wanting to make this their career.

We require a highly motivated individual who can work independently for long periods of time and who can follow instructions and complete jobs in the allotted time frame.

The successful candidate will need to be someone who is prepared to work hard with little supervision.

Requirements:

Must have a current Level 2 Health & Hygiene Certificate and a minimum of two years waiting experience within the industry. Two References will be required, one of which must be your current or last employer in this industry, if currently unemployed.

A three-month probationary period will be required with regular progress reviews throughout. After successfully completing the probationary period, a permanent contract will be issued.

This position is not suitable for students as complete flexibility is required.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in both the tearoom & restaurant throughout a seven-day working week including bank holidays & holiday periods.

Flexibility is a key factor in this role.

The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis in arrears.

Tips will be shared out among the team appropriately for fairness.

Duties include:

Serving customers

Interacting with customers on a personal level.

Operation of merchant machines & EPOS system

Keeping all areas of the Hall clean & tidy

Following direction of owners throughout

Give a high level of customer service at all times.

Assisting in the kitchen where necessary.

Cleaning duties

Following daily schedule

Prepping Restaurant/ Tearoom for next day at the end of the shift.

Following all Health & Safety/COSHH,Covid 19 & other risk assessments in operation on the premesis.

Being an ambassador for the business both in and out of work.
