Falmouth Restaurant & Tearoom Supervisor Required with experience.

We are looking for a Restaurant/Tearoom Supervisor to work with the business owners to inspire, motivate and lead the front of house team to achieve excellent diner satisfaction at The Four-Teas Tearoom & The Four-Seas Seafood Restaurant & Grill Falmouth.

We are a small business delivering quality local Cornish Seafood and WW2 wartime hospitality to locals and visitors alike.

This job will suit someone already based in the Falmouth area of Cornwall.

The duties of this position:

·Lead the front of house team in setting up the restaurant & Tearoom for service.

·Train and develop a team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

·Ensure the efficient flow of service and ensure standards are constantly met.

·Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example.

·Appropriate food and beverage knowledge with specific knowledge in WW2 cuisine & seafood in general.

·Maintain a calm and organised working environment during busy periods.

·Organise the team to reflect daily changing levels of business.

Job details & benefits:

Full Time- 30"35hrs

Rate- £10.00"£12.00 per hr- Depending on experience.

·Food & beverage training through menu tasting.
