Jazz funk legend Roy Ayers set to perform at Trebah Gardens

In June Falmouth will host a performance by legendary American funk, soul, and jazz composer Roy Ayers.

Roy Ayers will be performing live at Trebah Amphitheatre on the 5th June.

A key player in the acid jazz movement. Roy Ayers is well known for the tracks "Everybody Loves The Sunshine", "Searchin", and "Love Will Bring Us Back Together Again".

The evening schedule is as follows:

"Enjoy gourmet delights from the Wild Food Kitchen, then relax and soak up laidback soul on the terrace at Trebah Kitchen, while enjoying gin & vodka cocktails.

"Headlining the evening is American jazz, soul and funk musician/composer Roy Ayers. As "The Godfather of Neo-Soul" he is one of the most loved and respected jazz/R&B artists on the music scene today.

"Music and cocktails are in the Visitor Centre between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, then the audience moves to the amphitheatre for headline act Roy Ayers, between 8.30pm and 10pm."
