How many people have been vaccinated in each area of Falmouth

An interactive map has shown the exact percentage of people that have had their first, second, and third Covid jabs in each area of Falmouth.

A map on the Government website allows users to view up-to-date percentages of everyone aged 12 and above who has received each vaccine.

The data is broken down into each area of Falmouth (zoom in on the map to see road names), allowing us to see which areas of the town are most vaccinated.

The percentage of people aged 12+ vaccinated up to and including 3rd January 2022 can be found in full below:

Falmouth North

1st dose 80.0%

2nd dose 73.5%

Booster or 3rd dose 51.1%

Falmouth East

1st dose 83.3%

2nd dose 78.2%

Booster or 3rd dose 57.7%

Falmouth West & South

1st dose 88.7%

2nd dose 83.4%

Booster or 3rd dose 66.6%

Ponsanooth, Mabe Burnthouse & Constantine

1st dose 85.4%

2nd dose 79.8%

Booster or 3rd dose 62.2%

Mylor Bridge & Frogpool

1st dose 89.5%

2nd dose 84.9%

Booster or 3rd dose 73.2%

Penryn

1st dose 82.2%

2nd dose 76.6%

Booster or 3rd dose 54.7%

As you can see from the stats the area of Mylor Bridge and Frogpool has one of the highest vaccine rates with over 89% of residents receiving a 1st dose, nearly 85% having a second dose, and has the highest booster dose rate.

The least vaccinated area is Falmouth North with just over 50% of people having a booster.

Looking wider for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly overall - 1st doses have been distributed to 86.5% of people, 80.9% have had a 2nd dose, and 63.9% of people have had a booster or 3rd dose.
