Heavy traffic on A394 near Rame Cross this evening following accident

UPDATE: Accident cleared on A394 both ways near the Carnkie turn-off.

No reports of any injuries as of yet. The police have been contacted for further details.


There have been reports of an accident on the A394, Rame Cross, near Penryn this evening.

One vehicle is said to be involved near The Halfway House. A car has reportedly gone into a hedge.

Devon and Cornwall Police traffic map reads:

"Reports of heavy traffic due to accident, one vehicle involved on A394 near The Halfway House."

It is unclear yet whether anyone is injured. More to follow.
