A Falmouth student vet nurse has issued an appeal to help locate a missing Moorhen.

Dynamo, escaped after being spooked during cleaning.

Chloe-Mai Burrows is a student veterinary nurse who rescues and rehabilitates wildlife.

Chloe said:

"We've had an escapee today with Dynamo the Moorhen managing to get away when he was spooked and chased by a magpie in the garden when he was being cleaned out.

"He is likely to be around the Kimberley Park/ Killigrew Road area, possibly in someone's back garden. He may make his way to the park.

"He's very young and may be unable to find his own food if anyone sees him please let us know and we can check on him.

"Don't try to catch him as he will fly away."
