Handmade crepe business Eden Crepes is visiting Falmouth this week - offering premium quality French-style crepes.

The business was started up around 4 years ago with Sam and Ryan originally making the crepes through an enterprise scheme at school.

Eden Crepes will be based in the town centre for the rest of the week (you can find them outside Natwest), open 11am-4pm.

So how do you make a perfect crepe? Co-owner Sam Abel told Nub News:

"It is all about the batter, people make a lot of mistakes with the fancy kit but the batter has to be spot on, if it is too runny it bubbles and burns and if it is too thick it won't spread."
