A Brighton father and son duo have completed a 300+ mile route to Falmouth.

Bruce (Dad) and Jude Watt (Son) arrived on Friday and they are raising money for Penryn based charity Sea Sanctuary.

Upon arriving in Falmouth, Nub News caught up with Bruce, he said:

"I am really excited to be here, it is always a bittersweet moment when it ends because you want to carry on but it feels great to have completed it now and achieve what we set out to do.

"The high points were seeing parts of the country that we would have never seen in the car, just spending quality time with my son and just having that quiet time just the two of us.

"The low points, sometimes Jude struggled because it was quite physically demanding, just getting up and going, to keep pedalling through all sorts of weather, after a few days the novelty wears off and you get that mental strength to keep going and he found it.

"I am not sure Jude will do it with me but maybe Lands End to John O'Groats something like that, I definitely want to do it again."
