Falmouth's Restaurant Four kitchen swap fundraising evening for Georgia's Voice

A Falmouth restaurant will be hosting a charity evening to raise money for a local mental health charity.

Restaurant Four will be putting on a kitchen swap event for Georgia's Voice at £30 per person.

On Tuesday 16th November, the chefs will become the servers and the front of house team will be cooking a three-course meal.

All the profits will be going to Georgia's Voice to raise awareness and help reduce suicide rates in young people.

A Restaurant Four spokesperson added:

"Join us for this incredibly tasty, hilarious, and entertaining evening and raise money for an incredible cause."

What's on the menu?

Starters of pumpkin soup with maple-cured bacon and croutons. Potted crab with sourdough and paprika butter. Cornish beef, Cornish blue and horseradish cream crostinis. Triple cheese, tarragon stuffed mushrooms with dressed rocket salad.

Mains of thyme roasted cod, crushed new potatoes, and panzanella salad. Chicken supreme with courgette lasagne and white wine sauce. Beef ragu with tagliatelle. Butternut squash and sage risotto.

Dessert of peach melba pot with biscotti, creme brulee with lavender ice cream. Melt in the middle espresso martini brownies with creme anglais. White chocolate and apricot cheesecake.
