Special food is being created within a food truck in Falmouth.

Zach Coggin opened Thrill Grill almost a year ago offering handmade burgers, hot dogs, steak and chips, and breakfasts made with the best Cornish produce.

What makes Thrill Grill so interesting is Zach's background and experience in food having worked all around the world, alongside Michel Roux and for numerous Premiership football clubs. This is no ordinary food truck. The hours that go into preparing the food make Thrill Grill stand out.

The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is definitely one to try - freshly prepared steak alongside onions, peppers, lettuce, and cheese sauce on a soft bun, perfect with their delicious crispy fries.

Thrill Grill is also keen to do its bit for the community, sponsoring the upcoming Cornwall Mental Health Cup later this month. The van is also up at Falmouth Rugby Club today (2nd) until late for the 150th anniversary celebrations.
