Tasked to launch at 11.17am, the all-weather lifeboat headed past St Anthony lighthouse and found two people aboard the vessel reporting flooding in their engine room.

With the source identified and addressed, the vessel was then escorted to a mooring.

Thorough checks were carried out to check for further sources of water ingress and with none seeming evident, the lifeboat station was released to return to Falmouth station.
