Falmouth: Remembrance Sunday schedule

The Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service will take place tomorrow in Falmouth at Kimberley Park.

The Town Mayor, Councillor Steve Eva invites everyone to participate in this year's Annual Acts of Remembrance, here is a full schedule of tomorrow's events:

09.45 a.m. Civic Party to assemble at Atherton Suite, The Old Post Office, and The Moor for light refreshments.

10.25 a.m. Assemble on the Moor Piazza under Parade Marshal directions.

10.35 a.m. Depart the Moor for parade to Kimberley Park.

11.00 a.m. Service conducted by Father Froom at the War Memorial including two minutes silence and wreath laying.

11.30 a.m. Parade departs Kimberley Park for return to the Moor for march past and salute by the Town Mayor.

Falmouth Town Manager Richard Gates also invited everyone to come down but wanted to remind people that roads will be closed during the parade, he said:" Road closures will be in place during this time and if safe to do so we may open the roads during the service but this will be decided at the time."
