Falmouth Primary Academy has announced that they will need extra funding to make sure they are able to take their year 4 and 5 students on a school trip to London so they can experience the culture, sights, and sounds.

The academy passed on this message:

"The children of Falmouth have never experienced anything like London, the size, noise, and culture of our capital cannot be recreated in a classroom. 

"This visit enables them to not only see their learning in real life but experience the West End, food, and other unobtainable experiences.

"Budgets are tight and despite all funding from the school being applied, we are unable to complete this visit without additional support from people who understand the importance of such visits to children from places like Cornwall."
