Falmouth: Person pulled from water in early hours at Gyllyngvase Beach

An early morning rescue for local emergency teams.

In the early hours of this morning, emergency services surrounded Gyllyngvase Beach after concerns for the welfare of a person.

South Western Ambulance Service, Devon & Cornwall Police, and Falmouth Coastguard were tasked just before 2am this morning, 22nd.

A man was pulled from the water, and was moved into the care of the ambulance teams, and taken to hospital for further treatment.
