1. Chef - La Peniche

Falmouth's only floating restaurant (serving a maximum of 50 covers elegant contemporary dishes) is seeking a passionate good all-rounder to come on board full time this spring to initially take ownership of breakfast, develop afternoon teas, and support the head chef with prep and service.

You will have at least 4 years experience working at Sous Chef level. Our perfect candidate will be someone talented, ambitious, calm under pressure, and with their eye on the Head Chef role.

Good salary, good tips, welfare programme, staff meals. Professional but fun bijou team. Flexibility in the role and schedule is possible.

Must have a proven track record in maintaining high standards.

2. Chef - Koffiji

Very busy cafe bar, looking for a cook to join us. Responsible for all relevant food hygiene and regulations. Prep hot breakfasts, cafe lunches (sandwiches, paninis, etc) snacks, desserts also cold takeaway food. Busy environment, must work well under pressure, and be prepared to assist in other areas if required.

3. Housekeeper - Cutty Sark

Cutty Sark is a Harbour Front Pub and Restaurant with 10 rooms offering bed and breakfast. We are very popular throughout the entire year with tourists, tour groups, couple's breaks, travelling business people and workers from the local Port and Marinas.

We are looking for an energetic person to join our small, supportive and successful team.

Hours are quite flexible and available to you to take any day of the week and generally between 10am and 3pm.

This job may suit somebody who is a housekeeping professional, somebody with family who can be available to work day times, or maybe somebody who wants to combine the role with working with us Front of House too.

5. Health Club Attendant - St Michaels Resort

We are looking for a Health Club Attendant to join our friendly and dynamic crew. These roles encompass all elements of what our health club team do on a daily basis, from cleaning changing rooms, poolside and communal areas to carrying and sorting towels. This role will be across various days, including the weekends, and shift patterns (generally 8am-2pm or 2pm-10pm). We would consider flexing the requirements of the role to suit the right candidates.
