Throughout Falmouth:

  • THE FESTIVE LAND TRAIN - All aboard for Christmas cheer! The train will travel between the bus stop on the lower end of the Moor and the Maritime Museum car park.
  • SNOWY STREETS - Cameras at the ready for this popular experience
  • There will be stilt walkers out in the streets on Saturday
  • Just for the weekend, the Christmas Lights through the town will be on from midday until 11 pm. They will then revert to 4 pm as per usual.

Falmouth Live Nativity:

  • Saturday 10th December 11 am – 3 pm ~ Church Corner King Charles the Martyr Church Courtyard & Choir Vestry
  • Storytime at: Noon, 1 pm & 2 pm
  • Choirs at: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm
  • Free Children's Craft
  • Christmas Fair and refreshments inside the church

Extra Info:

  • The road closure is Market Street through to halfway along Arwenack Street from 11 am on Sat and Sun. It will stay in place until after 6 pm when everything is sorted and safe to lift. Then the team will review High Street/The Moor for closures depending on numbers to ensure safety.
  • There will be security around town on the town radio and they will be monitoring CCTV.
  • As the main streets are closed the Church Street car park will also be closed. Businesses however can park in there if they are not wanting to leave before late afternoon/early evening. With the snow machines running and the festive land train going both ways through the street it would not be practical or safe for cars to be driving through.
