A brand new sponsor of Falmouth Cricket Club has been unveiled with Ashley Searle bringing some extra warmth to the outside area.

Electrical contractor Ashley Searle will be sponsoring the outdoor heaters for the club, ensuring customers/players/staff can all stay warm, enjoy drinks outside in the evening and spend time on the new decking area.

Local electrical specialist Ashley provides a range of services from installation, rewiring, security lighting, fire alarms, electrical safety inspections CCTV, with free estimates commercial and domestic.

Ashley is a long standing member of the club having played his part on and off the field throughout his career.

Ashley said:

"With covid it will be nice for people to enjoy a drink outside, it is great to give something back to the club. I have been involved with the club for a long time, built up some great friendships, give something back and warm everyone up a bit."

Club chairman Mark Averiss added:

"It's always nice when one of our own is in a position to give something back and that's exactly what Ashley has been able to do with his generous sponsorship of the outdoor heat lamps and sockets.

"With the new decking area completed early this season it was soon apparent the cool spring evenings would send shivers through the patrons enjoying the hospitality.

"It was from this that Ashley offered to supply and fit a substantial number of heaters to the clubhouse and decking to ensure the socialising could continue long into the cold nights.

"We thank Ashley for all his hard work and generosity in helping improve the club's facilities."
